At Sign-Up / Profile Creation

When you create a player profile, we collect your name, email, and (optionally) a profile photo, used to identify you on the leaderboard, queue, and birthday list, and to let you manage your own profile.

At Checkout (Merch Orders)

When you order a uniform or shirt, we collect your name, contact details, size/color choice, and payment reference number — used only to fulfill and confirm that specific order.

Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)
