One Cavite Pickleball Club ("OCPC", "we", "us") runs this website to manage club membership, events, and merchandise orders for our community in Cavite. This policy covers the information we collect when you use onecavitepickleball.club, create a player profile, or place a merch order.

Information We Collect

• Account & profile data — name, email, and photo when you sign in and set up a player profile, handled through Firebase Authentication and Firestore.
• Profile photos — images you upload are stored via Cloudinary, our image hosting provider.
• Order details — size, color, quantity, and contact info you submit through our Google Form when ordering a uniform or shirt, plus a payment reference number for GCash/bank transfers.
• Usage data — anonymous traffic and interaction data collected through Google Analytics (page views, device type, general location at the city level).

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to run the club's day-to-day operations: authenticating your profile, displaying leaderboard and queue standings, processing merch orders, sending you order confirmations, and understanding how people use the site so we can improve it.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your personal information. It's shared only with the service providers that power the site's features, each acting under their own privacy terms:

• Google / Firebase — authentication, database, forms, and analytics.
• Cloudinary — photo storage and delivery.
• GCash — payment confirmation for merch orders (we only see the reference number and screenshot you submit, not your GCash account details).

Data Retention & Security

We keep profile and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill an order, and we rely on our providers' industry-standard security practices (encryption in transit, access-controlled databases) to protect it.

Children's Privacy

OCPC welcomes junior players with a parent or guardian's involvement, but this site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect personal data from young children without guardian consent.
